Meditation and connection.....

Meditation offers us a place of peace, stillness and most importantly a connection with God and our true self. It has been an important and necessary part of my personal journey that has greatly assisted me to release outworn and negative thought patterns. By quietening my mind and tapping into my soul consciousness, I have been able to replace and shift my habitual negative patterns (an automatic way you respond to a situation that you can't seem to control).

Meditation assists us in shifting our consciousness to one of a higher vibration and frequency. It allows the brain waves to shift from Beta to Alpha and finally Theta, and from that place we can experience deep relaxation, calmness and peace. Theta waves are always creative, characterized by feelings of inspiration and can be very spiritual, as we are connecting to our soul awareness. This mental state allows you to act below the level of the conscious mind (where Ego resides) and tap into the subconscious mind.
