It is a hands on healing technique that allows energy to flow from the Practitioner's hands to the client whilst lying on the treatment table. Reiki has been proven by numerous health studies that Reiki energy sessions bring peace, deep and long lasting healing and clarity to the recipient.

Mary is a Clairsentient Channel Medium who has been successfully treating men, women and children in the Queanbeyan, Jerrabomberra and Canberra region for over 12 years. She connects deeply with Angelic guidance to bring about highly beneficial and long lasting physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing.

MEDITATION CLASSES

Meditation is a powerful way to relax the body, mind and spirit. Meditation has been proven to reduce stress, improve mental health, increase positive thoughts, promote peace and clarity in the mind plus many more highly beneficial results.

When we calm the mind we also calm the body, and to connect back to love and acceptance for ourselves we need to go within and let go of seeking for happiness and temporary fulfillment in the external World around us.

Peace is always within us and we begin to remember and rediscover that we are eternally connected to our soul and to God. Meditation assists us in reconnecting back to ourselves and disconnecting from the busyness and pressures of the World. Meditation also helps the mind chatter to slow right down, and with enough discipline and effort, you can stay present in the now and reconnect deeply to peace, stillness and regain clarity.

Each class is unique and reflects on different spiritual topics to assist connection and guidance with your inner self/soul to promote positive growth and change in your life. Meditation within a group is very powerful as the groups energies are much higher and stronger compared to Meditation on your own. Mary ensures the group has protection and calls on the highest energies by invoking the wonderful assistance of the Archangels and Spirit for each class.

Classes go for 1.5 hours and are a great way to meet like minded people committed to their personal growth with the Divine. Mary holds regular Meditation Group classes on a Sunday once a month in Jerrabomberra.
